hygge me support services

hygge me is a hand of support for all of your anxiety and sensory processing needs…

There is no such thing as a ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to sensory integration and anxiety support. This is why Hygge Me does not make the elaborate claims that are so often promised from wellness companies nor do we promote quick fixes. Instead Hygge Me combines psychology with lived experience of sensory processing differences and anxiety to bring you an honest framework from which you can explore the products and supports that work best for you.

you are not alone…

Hygge Me surpasses product alone to provide you with a community hub where you will find products, advice and community support. We believe that a product is only as good as the strategies that accompany it and as such we provide you with the psychology and neurology that underpin how your body works and why the products and strategies have been suggested. With this information you can then make an informed decision on what you would like to include in your daily self-care routine…we will never tell you what to do, we only ever guide!

we listen to you…

At Hygge Me community support is of the utmost importance. We have a very supportive Facebook Group which is updated several times a day, whereby you can ask questions and explore additional ways to support your sensory sensitivities and reduce your anxiety responses. We also provide a very responsive customer service experience whereby your ideas are listened to and suggestions for change explored and considered within all resource edits and upcoming product ranges.

Share with us…

At Hygge Me, community voice is not only heard but encouraged within our ‘Community Corner’ blog spot. If you would like to share your experiences either through a reflective piece of writing, a blog entry, poem or artwork, please email jessica@hyggeme.uk. We would love to share as many of your experiences within our Community Corner as possible.

Love to your sensory self,

Jess x x
