Hygge Me Global is committed to providing you with beautiful quality products that are honestly priced and packaged with love, care and attention.

pricing

At Hygge Me we operate an honest pricing policy. This means that all items are priced using British pounds inclusive of VAT. Should you be shopping outside of the UK there are options for you to select alternative currency for your convenience. Unfortunately, our inclusive tax only extends to our UK customers. Therefore our shoppers from outside of the UK are responsible for their own countries taxes and local charges.


Dispatch time & Delivery

All Hygge Me products are available for standard shipping within 2-3 working days unless otherwise stated and fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Your purchased items are delivered by Royal Mail delivery services and we have the right to choose the ‘best fit’ service for your product selection and location.

At Hygge Me we believe that everyone should find time for laughter, friends and connection. For this reason we do not ship any items over the weekend. However, should you require your purchase at an earlier time than stipulated, please email - jessica@hyggeme.uk and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Items that are not in stock may still be available for pre-order. All pre-ordered items will be dispatched the next working day after they are back in stock. Pre-orders are given priority over subsequent orders and fulfilled on an ordered first, dispatched first process. An estimated ‘back in stock’ date will be made available for your reference whilst you wait.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the manufacturing and logistic processes the estimated ‘back in stock’ date may be subject to change but these updates will be shared with you via the product listing.

All Hygge Me products are listed inclusive of delivery charges to the UK. Delivery charges outside of the UK vary from country to country. Not all items are available for worldwide delivery but this will be stipulated on the item listing.

We deliver to many European countries plus USA, Canada and Australia and have a blanket ‘one charge per order’ pricing promise.

returns

We hope that all Hygge Me products arrive with you in the beautifully packaged condition that they were sent. Although, we do understand that transit mishaps can happen. If this is the case for you we truly apologise and we would like to make the returns process for faulty goods as easy as possible. Please send the damaged item to the return address whereby the replacement item will be sent back to you at the earliest opportunity.

Just to clarify you as the customer are responsible for the cost of the return item, although the new replacement item will be sent out to you free of charge and your delivery charge will be refunded back to you on agreement that the item was indeed damaged in transit. When returning items please include a copy of your purchase receipt (otherwise your return cannot be processed).

In the eventuality that the returned item has been discontinued then a full refund will be given unless that item is part of a kit. Items that are part of a kit can not be refunded at the individual item price although a credit note may be issued to some customers as a gesture of good will (although this is not guaranteed and it is determined on an individual customer basis).

In the eventuality that you have changed your mind on your purchase, please return your unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery date along with a copy of your receipt to -
